How We Protect Your Privacy

Written in plain language, so you can decide for yourself what to share.

We don't need your name.

No name, City email, personal email, phone number, employee number, or login of any kind is required to submit. There is no account to create.

Share only what you're comfortable sharing.

Almost every question can be skipped. Specific details — your job title, department, project, supervisor, dates, or circumstances — can sometimes make it possible for others to infer who you are. You decide what to include.

We minimize technical data.

The platform does not use advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, browser fingerprinting, geolocation, or tracking cookies for anonymous submitters, and does not intentionally store IP addresses with submissions. Some unavoidable infrastructure logging may occur at the hosting layer; it is not joined to submission records.

Your submission is not public.

Nothing you submit is published. There is no public searchable database. Only authorized administrators, signing in separately with their own accounts, can open an individual submission.

We don't sell your information.

Submissions and platform data are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

We don't use submissions for advertising.

There is no behavioral advertising and no hidden user profiles.

We protect the database.

Access is protected by strong authentication, role-based permissions, database-level access rules that deny by default, encrypted connections, and encryption at rest. Administrator actions are recorded in an internal activity log.

Analysis is reviewed by people.

Any automated analysis is clearly labeled as a suggestion, never presented as fact, and must be confirmed by a human administrator. Automated analysis is never used to try to identify a submitter.

We cannot promise perfect anonymity.

No internet-based system can guarantee that information will never become identifiable, and information may potentially be subject to lawful legal process or disclosure requirements.
