What happens to my submission?

The goal is organizational learning, not a complaint pile.

  1. 1

You share what you choose to share

You answer only the questions you want to answer. Your words are stored exactly as you wrote them and are never edited.

  2. 2

    You get a reference code

A random code is generated for you, unconnected to any email address or identity. Save it if you may want to reference your submission later.

  3. 3

    An authorized reviewer reads it

Only administrators with an account and a role can open individual submissions. You will never be told which administrator reviewed your submission, and administrators cannot see who you are.

  4. 4

It is grouped with similar submissions

Themes, feelings, issue types, departments mentioned, impact, and frequency are tracked so recurring patterns become visible across the organization.

  5. 5

    Patterns become recommendations

Repeated issues, root causes, and staff-proposed solutions are turned into system-level recommendations about policies, procedures, practices, and processes — and into recognition of what is working.

Nothing you submit is published, and there is no public database of submissions.
